Self-Directed Services

As an approved provider through Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Envision Collaborative delivers high-quality supports under the Self-Directed Services (SDS) model. This approach gives individuals and families the freedom to choose their own staff, set their own goals, and design the supports that fit their lives best.

We specialize in helping participants and their teams build independence, strengthen community connections, and reach meaningful personal and professional milestones.

Supported Employment

Through Supported Employment, we assist individuals in identifying meaningful job opportunities, developing workplace skills, and maintaining long-term employment success. Our approach includes personalized job coaching, on-site training, and ongoing employer collaboration to ensure both the employee and business thrive together.

Housing Supports

Our Housing Support Services help individuals in Self-Directed Services achieve and sustain safe, independent living arrangements. We assist with housing searches, budgeting, lease understanding, and coordination with community resources—always with the goal of stability, safety, and independence.

Academic Coaching and Post-Secondary Transition

We also provide Academic Coaching and Post-Secondary Transition services to support students with disabilities as they move through school and into adulthood. Our individualized coaching focuses on executive functioning, goal setting, and self-advocacy, helping students build the confidence and skills to succeed in higher education and beyond.
